winning U.S. SEC comment letter

Drafted comment letter on proposed U.S. SEC conflict minerals rule, submitted on behalf of TSMC, later cited favorably by U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission ten times in its final rule. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Manufacturers, & Business Roundtable cited same letter in their lawsuit against U.S. SEC as the only legal argument that was upheld to suspend rule. (See page 53 of Petitioners' Opening Brief before U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit). See also Nat’l Ass’n of Mfrs., et al. v. SEC, No. 13-CF-000635 (D.D.C. Apr. 3, 2017).
